We had a warm welcome despite our late arrival and appreciated the assistance with luggage. The nearby travel agencies and car rentals made planning our next steps convenient, enhancing our overall experience.

the rooms are well-equipped and fine, and are complete with arts, beautiful furniture plus bathroom. very good staff members are at the reception desk.

It's not all bad, but it's not all good

The hotel's location is fantastic! A 5-minute stroll to a beautiful beach with clean water and a lovely pool to unwind after a day. Friendly staff eager to help!

Noise from nearby nightlife was bothersome! Many disturbances from both low-flying planes and a nightclub made resting less than ideal, impacting overall enjoyment.

The staff was polite and kind all the time.

The price was reasonable

Their false pretending that it is 4 stars hotel...i think not in million year this could be a 4 stars hotel!

Good location close to the sea, restaurants, shops and discos

Does not have Internet access in some rooms as well as he often annoying loud music all day and when you change your room does not carry out non-cooperative and team working poor lighting and more nugatory

I arrived late and was told I'd have to pay for a whole extra night just to check out late by a few hours. The bathroom cleanliness was a concern, with dark hair on the floor and water spilling everywhere from the shower. I had to use towels to mop it up. The hotel is near a noisy area, so expect disturbances from nearby nightlife and low-flying planes , made sleep elusive. There were plenty of eateries nearby, but the lack of lunch or dinner options on-site became frustrating, especially when returning from the beach. The breakfast was lacking in variety, and at times the cleanliness of the room felt insufficient-one could get a bit jittery about hygiene here. Lastly, there were complaints about communication barriers, which didn't help when trying to settle any issues.

We were a family of 4, staff were somehow friendly but the rooms were really dirty. We had to take shower with our sandals on and walk with them everywhere On the dirty and shabby carpet! The swimming pool was ok and staff were friendly but this is not even a 3 star hotel let alone 4!! This is equal to 2 star hotel.

the hotel is just a short walk from happy beach, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient to grab a meal after a day of exploring.

The only facilties which is working in a good conditon is the Wi Fi.

Its one of worst hotel that I sataied in it. The sheets are dirty and cracked. a rabet play in the kitcen. the pool is too small and not clean. The staff are young and has no experiance. The breakfast is not clean, I saw one of the staff take tometo from the ground and return it the plate. finaly I evaluate this hotel in zero star.

worst hotel ever in my life ... they say 3 stars ..it is one star maximum ... i was lied to ..it was a nightmare staying in this ((hotel)) ... also they say its near the sea .. well its no near a view to the sea . i hated antalia because of this hotel ...never gonna come back to this city

The loud music all night disturbed my sleep while the room was well maintained.

The hotel is located near of the beach what is very comfortable. The largest mall of AntaliaTERRA city is about 15 min from hotel.

The breakfast was the same for every day. I didn't like carpet floor in the room.

The room we had included a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe. We had swimming pool view with a comfy bed. The location was good - really close to the restaurant across the street, and convenience stores.
